[Mono-osx] WebView scrolling problem

Hello guys,

Whenever I scroll left and right in the webview, white lines appear in the
window.  The white lines block out the information in the window.  There
seems to be a correlation between how fast I scroll and the number of lines
that appear.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
