[Mono-osx] Create Mac Installer - missing menu item

I have MonoDevelop 2.8.8.4 with Mono Mac 2.8.8.4 Add In.
There is no "Create Mac Installer" menu item under the Project Menu.
All I see it...

   Export...
   Generate Makefiles...
   Create Package...
   Edit references...

Where is Create Mac Installer?
