[Mono-osx] ilasm2 not found

Hi,

I have installed the Mono SDK for Mac OS from

http://download.mono-project.com/archive/2.10.8/macos-10-x86/3/MonoFramework-MDK-2.10.8_3.macos10.xamarin.x86.dmg

I am trying to install and configure MPI.net from
http://www.osl.iu.edu/research/mpi.net/files/1.0.0/mpi.net-1.0.0.tar.gz but
it is complaining at the configuration stage of a missing ilasm2 executable. 
Is this program missing from the Mono SDK, or is MPI.net expecting an old
file which is no longer provided?  Is it safe to use ilasm instead of
ilasm2, or will this cause problems?
