[Mono-osx] WebView + WebUIDelegate = crash

I does not have solution for this. Finally I implemented file open dlg in
native code + special js function to call 
it. I noticed the question to late. May be wrappers works better now and the
issue is not actual. Unfortunatly I can not check it.
