[Mono-osx] Easy MonoMac Tutorials

Hi,

I have started writing really easy MonoMac tutorials for people like me, for
whom the normal tutorials are far too complicated and who are afraid to ask
stupid questions for fear of looking stupid.

I am planning to continue this series in the next few days with a tutorial
on how to use an NSTableView and then on text fields and push buttons and so
on.

Maybe you will think that I am aiming too low, but I found that most
tutorial writers tend to display their knowledge too much by making
tutorials needlessly complicated, adding lots of things that have nothing to
do with the actual subject. My goal is a series of tutorials that I would
have liked to find when I started.
