[Mono-osx] Printing requires authorization each time

Hi,
I submitted  http://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2828 another
regression when the printing on the mac . In short, on a Windows connected
printer, instead of being printed immediately documents stay on hold and
require manual authentication. This one is quite older, the last time it
worked was with Mono 2.10.4.
