[Mono-osx] App Rejected for writing to '/Applications/My.app/Contents/MonoBundle/mono'

My application has been rejected:

"The application accesses the following location(s):

'/Applications/My.app/Contents/MonoBundle/mono'

The application may be 

* creating files
* writing files
* opening files for Read/Write access (instead of Read-Only access)"


I do write files to the disk but only where a user specifies. So I'm not
sure whats trying to write there? Anybody any ideas?
