[Mono-osx] MonoMacPackager - System.DllNotFoundException: gdiplus.dll

I am also having the problem with my project and Cairo. I'm quite irritated
because this did not occur until I upgraded to the latest MonoFramework on a
whim. I can't even install my older MonoFramework package to get it working
either. I'm half tempted to wipe my virtual Mac and use the older installer
to "resolve" the issue as it might be faster than waiting for a framework
update. Can we at least get a beta build to fix this?
