I've outlined how it's done in my post:
"In a Mono installation on the mac it is done by simply deleting
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/etc/gtk-2.0 and copying
the gtk-2.0 folder from the downloaded zip in its place."
Besides, even though I started this thread I'm not longer interested in OS X
themes for GTK because I'm tired of putting lipstick on a pig. So I hope the
above suggestion works for you, otherwise I cannot offer anything else.
