[Mono-osx] How to set up compiling Mono on OSX

Hi,

You need to log into Apple's Developer site and download the command line tools.  There's also a way to download the tools in Xcode but I don't know the details unfortunately.

Should I actually download and install these?  Or am I missing a path (to xCode?) somewhere?
