[Mono-osx] Mod_mono Installation on OSX 10.6

Hello,

I have successfully installed XSP Server on OSX and it appears to be working
fine. However I wanted to use the apache mod_mono. When I tried to install
mod_mono I came across issues when using the make command.

The error appears to relate to libtool.

libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.2.4, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.2.6.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.2.6
libtool: and run autoconf again.
