[Mono-osx] Trouble with CATiledLayers

Hi,
  I am having a strange issue with CATiledLayers.  I am deriving a class 
from CATiledLayer and adding an instance of it it to a view as the Layer 
for the view.  Everything seems to work just fine except for debugging. 
When my code hits a breakpoint the app hangs and I never break into the 
debugger.  If I change the base class of my layer from CATiledLayer to 
CALayer then everything, including debugging, works fine.

Does anyone know what might be going wrong?
