[Mono-osx] Mono 2.10.5 - MonoDevelop crashes with exit code 255

Exactly the same log message as you.  And libgtk-quartz-2.0.0.dylib is in the expected location.  I went as far as checking all the library dependencies for libgtk-quartz, and they all seem to be present too.

One strange data-point:  while MonoDevelop works for me under 2.10.4 and 2.10.3, it fails in 2.10.2 with the same message we see in 2.10.5.  So the problem is not isolated to 2.10.5.
