[Mono-osx] Disabling Pause in QTMovie and detecting Mouse/Keyboard events in QTMovieView

Thanks. Yeah I definitely use that method as well. I was in such a rush to
finish that project that what I ended up doing was creating a semi
transparent borderless window and placing it over the MoviewView so that the
mouse clicks would not go through and I could then capture them and do
whatever. Pretty crazy! If I ever find a true solution to this I'll make
sure to post it here. Thanks for your help!
