[Mono-osx] MonoMac HelloWorld Problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that and it asked me if I wanted to
include the files in the Xcode project, so I said yes. But, there still is
no .cs file for MainWindow.xib.designer.cs

RE XCode 4, I didn't think MonoDevelop was integrated yet. I tried it last
week on a different system with no luck.
