[Mono-osx] PermFormSelectOnMainThread patch for monomac

I already committed your  change and am only waiting for Miguel or maybe 
Kangaroo to approve it.

The null is an acceptable value with no problems.  I have had to change 
quite a few of those methods to allow null.
