[Mono-osx] App fails to run: "Failed to load machine.config"

Hi All,

I have an unusual problem. I have an app, written using the Monobjc bindings
but I use the MonoMac tools to create a .app package that has mono bundled
inside (mmp). The productBuild is then used to create a .pkg installer.

Many of our customers have the application and are successfully using it.
However, we have 2 customers that have the following problem:

1. When opening the Applications popover and clicking the icon, the app does
not load. If they browse to the .app in Finder and double click - the app
does not load. The console shows the following:

1/05/11 20:29:05	[0x0-0x41041].uk.co.linn.KinskyDesktop[543]	Failed to load
machine.config
11/05/11 20:29:05	com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[241]
([0x0-0x41041].uk.co.linn.KinskyDesktop[543]) Exited with exit code: 1

2. When opening Terminal.app and typing:

/Applications/KinskyDesktop.app/Contents/MacOS/KinskyDesktop

the application runs fine.

Has anybody experienced similar problems? Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
