[Mono-osx] MonoMac 1.0 some updates

Hey guys,

    Just today we completed the linker work for MonoMac, which will
allow you guys to remove the code that you do not use from your
distribution.   Very much in the same way that we do this for
MonoTouch.

    So we are going to delay the 1.0 release just a little bit more,
we are going to do a new release that will let you guys test the
linker, and then we will do the 1.0
