[Mono-osx] Monomac-open a software with the console

Ok, im quite new at it.
I need to use a  software "Shockvoice" to hear people online. On their
website they said i have to install mono, the shockvoice mac package, and
then run it with terminal.
So i followed the instructions and i typed this:
mono shockvoice.exe
but my console says: "no such file or directory"
How can i open this software?? any ideas?
