[Mono-osx] How do you get Mono Server to run on OSX? Newb help

Newbie question for you.
I have a fresh install of OSX server (leopard). Have installed the mono
framework and Mono server onto it.

Problem is, I can not get my remote windows box to access the mono server.

In Visual Studio i see this error - 
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

In OSC Console I see this -

There is no firewall running on the Mac or Winbox.
Is there something else to be done to Mono Server apart from just installing
it (I'm not a Mac person
) and double clicking it? I can't see configuration options.

What am I missing here?
