[Mono-osx] RegisterForDraggedTypes

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your help. I got it working. The missing part was the
AwakeFromNib () part. I called the RegisterForDraggedTypes in the Initialize
function. That didn't work, but when I moved the call to the AwakeFromNib,
the functions are called after a drag.
