[Mono-osx] NSOutlineViewDataSource missing a method?

Context:
I'm struggling to get my NSOutlineView to drag files out to finder.
Currently when you drag one out to the finder, it just bounces back. 

Possible problem:
One thing I've noticed is that NSOutlineViewDataSource appears to be missing
the following method:-

outlineView:namesOfPromisedFilesDroppedAtDestination:forDraggedItems:

Is this by design? is there anything I can do?
