[Mono-osx] System.DllNotFoundException

I am using mono 2.8.2 in OS X10.6.4

I try to run KeePass but I got :

System.DllNotFoundException:
/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/Current/Carbon
  at (wrapper managed-to-native)
System.Windows.Forms.CarbonInternal.Dnd:InstallTrackingHandler
