[Mono-osx] PdfKit Bindings

Attached is a patch for the PdfKit bindings.  I still have things to test,
and a few things that aren't bound the way I would like, but it works, and I
need to put it aside for a while before I can polish it up, and write a
sample.
One hitch is that the IB plugin uses "PDFView", whereas I have used
"PdfView" (per the framework guidelines), so the autogenerated XIB designer
code needs to be edited to fix the case (and add a using).
Comments/suggestions are welcome.
