[Mono-osx] Unhandled error in packaging

I just installed MonoMac with MonoDevelop 2.4.2.  I'm trying to create a
simple application with no customizations.  When I go to "Create Mac
Installer" and select any of the options, and then try to build it, I get an
error message in the status bar:
"Unhandled Error in packaging".

There's no readout in output panel.

Any ideas what could be causing this, or how I can get a more detailed error
report.
