[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] patch NSUrlConnection

This patch adds a binding for SendSynchronousRequest and renames the
incorrect method in Foundation/NSUrlConnection.cs.  The one defined
in Foundation/NSUrlConnection.cs should just be removed completely as the
binding works great and the hand written method is incorrect anyway.
