[Mono-osx] Installing Docs

Some examples in the documentation like on MSDN would be good too.

I'm in the midst of writing a step by step (with many pictures) beginners
tutorial on the table widget.

I realize now that I abhor the coco language :-)

I am toying with the idea of making a converter class so you can do things
like myTable.add etc, or bind a generic list to an array container.  (
arraycontainer.fromobject dosn't seem to work )
