[Mono-osx] Installing Docs

You can view the mono docs here:
http://www.go-mono.com/docs/

That documentation does not have MonoMac in it, however MonTouch is similar
to MonoMac.

To install the real MonoMac docs on your computer, follow the instructions
at the beginning of this thread.  After you install the docs, the help
system in monodevelop will be updated with the new MonoMac documentation.
