[Mono-osx] offline docs for macs

Sorry for the slow response.
- I've been struggling to compile the F# code drop under mono -- I know it is possible but I may need SVN mono, apparently. (Something about IStructuralComparable.CompareTo.) Once I have done that, or have convinced someone to do it for me, I will provide the XML docs for F#, which would be great to include with mono (IMHO.)
- MonoDevelop works fine for me on OS X but the help viewer (which I assume is the hidden MonoDoc) appears to crash when I run it. I hear MacDoc is in the works.....
