[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] OpenGL - Sample and patch

Kenneth,

  I made some last minute changes based on what we discussed last night and decided to keep the OpenTK structs seperate so that we can easily merge in changes / bugfixes from upstream.  I think this will let us track upstream a little more easily, you can see the commit here:

and I verified it all still works with your sample app.
