[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] Test example for OpentGL test

Here is a TEST only program that uses the OpenTK bindings.

The difference is that it does not use a NSOpenGLView but creates an 
NSOpenGLContext manually and then uses it.

This also could be used as the test case for the CGImageDestination 
problem that I discussed with Geoff this morning.

One caveat is that you need the CGDirectDisplay patches and 
modifications that I sent to the list a couple of days ago.
