[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] CGDirectDisplay support

Hello all

Here is a patch to include support for CGDirectDisplay.  Am missing 
CGPallette and Mode methods right now.

The two files CGDirectDisplay.cs and CGEnums.cs are placed in the 
maccore coregraphics directory.

The .diff just includes the two files in the build process.

Any problems with my definitions please let me know.
