[Mono-osx] [MonoMac]'Create Mac Installer' does not generate correct codesign command

Hi all
just updated to the latest MonoDevelop 2.4.2 and everything seems to be
fixed, at least for iPhone/MonoTouch development.  I assume that MonoMac
development will also have the same fix.

Thanks to whoever did this and keep up the good work!
