[Mono-osx] Unhandled error in packaging

Go to:
http://developer.apple.com/

Click "Mac Dev Center"

About 1/3 the way down the page there's a big "Notice" with a link to
download Application Tools.

I actually got to the Application Tools for the first time by clicking
download for Xcode.
