[Mono-osx] Unhandled error in packaging

After looking through the Git logs it seems clear what the problem is:

    Move ProcessArgumentBuilder to Core and work around a Mono bug


ProcessArgumentBuilder was moved and MonoMac hasn't been updated to reflect
the new location... or I just don't know how to get the latest MonoMac that
has the updates.
