[Mono-osx] Start with MonoMac and XCode 4

I answer this question by myself 
First of all I followed and read twice all these tutorials:
http://cocoadevcentral.com/ Cocoa Dev central 
After that I tried to build a couple of simple applications using XCode 4.2
and Objective-C.
After that I was able to jump back on Monodevelop and start to build my
first Monomac XCode integrated app.
