[Mono-osx] Help with Bindings

I use the TODO file to track the files that are missing from AppKit.

There are other frameworks that are also missing, so the space is not only
limited to AppKit, I just have not started tracking those yet.

As for easy APIs to get started with: I have done a big chunk of WebKit
APIs, but there are a lot more needed, and they will all be very similar to
the work I have done so far, so you will have a good reference for what
needs doing.
