[Mono-osx] Key-Value-Coding in MonoMac

I'm trying to use the binding mechanism with the UI (using key-value-coding),
in the same way I use it with Objective-C, or MonobjC.

For instance, I'd like to create the same example I've made with MonobjC,
but now with MonoMac.
