It's difficult only if you don't install Mono CSDK package. For
pkg-config, you may `ln -s` it into /usr/bin from
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Commands/ or specify the full path to
it if you don't want to override macports' or something else's one.
Libtool, heh? Why do you need it?
