[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] Bindings Regression Tests

Hello,

    On Friday, Geoff fixed a major memory management bug, this is what
affecting most apps and making them crash on the Dispose/Drain methods
(Animations, StillMotion and pretty much every other app after a few
seconds).

When using NSTableView the applications are not blowing up as before but the

Ah, thanks!   We were looking for a test case to reproduce this issue.
