For the NSTableView it happens with a simple project, drop an nstableview on
it and try to resize it.

All the Sample programs that have an NSTableView in them will repeat the
same behavior as soon as you try to resize the frame or start filling the
table where the table has to scroll or touch the column sizes.

I see there have been a lot of changes in the source tree so will refresh
and try again.

If it still does not work I will fill out a bug report and a simple example.
