[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] Rulers Sample Removed?

Hello All

I was just wondering why the Rulers Sample was removed.  I do not mind at
all but if it was because something was implemented wrong let me know and I
will be more than happy to repair it so that you guys do not have to.  

I was going back over it to see where it could be made more C# ish but
prefer to not put time into it if there is no need.  

Hope all that celebrate it had a good Thanksgiving.
