[Mono-osx] [Mono-Mac] NSButton and NSCell State

Feel free to add the two, DrawerMadness and AnimatingViews which I posted a
few days ago, to the distribution.

When you get the examples github setup like Mono-Touch let me know and we
can add them to there as well.

I have a few more changes in the pipeline as well for appkit.  Testing them
out now.
