[Mono-osx] NSDrawer Implementation

Took me a second but finally figured out what you were telling me.

By including the Types= and Events= as well, the developer can decide
whether they want to create a separate class that extends NSDrawerDelegate
or use Events and Delegates.  So really no right or wrong way.  

I think I will change the Drawer Madness Sample to use both ways so that it
is clear.
