[Mono-osx] ButtonMaddness new sample

Hello Miguel and Pavel

I just signed up here as I was in the middle of doing the same example.  I
only have the plugin installed for 2.4.0.7 and was having problems with
missing functionality.  Downloaded the source tar balls and there was the
ButtonMadness sample.

Well I guess I will have to grab another example and was also thinking of a
table oriented one.  Miguel or anyone else could you let me know which one
you selected so I will not be duplicating your work.

To actually test the ButtonMaddness sample I will have to compile mono-mac
binding from source is that correct?  If so could someone point me to where
I can find the instructions to get a development environment up and running.

Thanks in advance for a little push in the right direction.
