[Mono-osx] TypeInitializationException in OSX509Certificates

I am okay with a hotfix release for mac only this week (Tuesday or Wednesday?).  Please send me the applicable patches.

  It isn't really workaround-able, so this is probably a good idea.

  Could we build a hotfix release for OSX since ssl is broken on 10.4?
