[Mono-osx] TypeInitializationException in OSX509Certificates

Is there a known release where both the certificates are working and either
WebClient or HttpWebRequest also work?  Attempts to run the application
under 2.4.2.1 and 2.4.2.3 have been failing, and it looks like it's been
because of problems with HttpWebRequest and WebClient.  Is 2.6.2 known to
not have this problem?
