[Mono-osx] How do I run an *.exe application on Mac OS X using Mono?

This might be a naive question, but was there such a file or directory?

I mean, when you ran  "mono SimonTHockeySimulator.exe", did you actually do
that in the directory where SimonTHockeySimulator.exe was located?
