[Mono-osx] MonoMac and WebKit.

Hi Miguel,

If I hook a webview up the generated code in the designer file is missing
the namespace.

		private WebView __mt_anotherWebView;

		private global::MonoMac.AppKit.NSButton __mt_someButton;

All I did was rebuild the monomac assembly, is there anything else I need to
do ?
