[Mono-osx] MonoMac: patch to add NSFileManager NSUrlDownload

Hello - here is a patch that:

*  adds NSUrlDownload and NSUrlDownloadDelegate
*  adds bindings for NSFileManager and NSFileManagerFileOperationAdditions
and NSDirectoryEnumerator
*  changes _SetValue to SetValue on NSMutableUrlRequest
*  exposes SendSynchronousRequest on NSUrlConnection

Needs work:
*  NSFileManagerFileOperationAdditions, method names need to be changed.
*  how should "unsigned long long" be bound?


Also a patch for Foundation/Enum.cs to add NSUrlError enum.
